The price per piece worked out at just 60p for some of the larger trays of 16 pieces. That all sounds great, but these goods often come with a bigger price tag which has always placed Whole Foods in the unaffordable supermarket category for me. The American supermarket chain is known for high quality organic goods and for its ban on hydrogenated fats, high-fructose corn syrup, and hundreds of flavours, colours, preservatives and sweeteners. Nestled in among high street shops, Joe and the Juice, and The Ivy and within walking distance of Hyde Park, Whole Foods is perfectly located for its market audience.
Whole Foods has seven stores in London including their flagship on Kensington High Street. I've always avoided Whole Foods as I know that it would be dangerous to step through those doors and see all the amazing items on the shelves which sound delicious but I'm not able to afford.
